MMM...chocolate; there's no denying the sweet bliss that is biting into the perfect chocolate bar but let's be real, we just love chocolate anything. You can go ahead and indulge your sweet tooth at Tampa Bay's 5th Annual Chocolate Festival.
In previous years, this festival has offered free admission — and this year is no exception. Just wander on into the Carrollwood Cultural Center and enjoy everything chocolate all in one place, and there will be A LOT of it. Thirty-three gourmet food trucks and vendors have already been confirmed, with more to be announced the closer we come to the event.
They'll all be serving up signature chocolate fusion dishes, both savory and sweet. Get a sweet chocolatey donut, enjoy savory entrees crafted with chocolate, or sip a sweet chocolatey beverage to pair perfectly with your meal. They'll even have gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, and pescatarian options to include every type of foodie.
As you eat your heart out, tunes will be playing the whole day through to set a fun and upbeat vibe. The event will also feature live entertainment of the audio and visual persuasion. While they haven't announced all the fun activities for this year yet, last year's iteration included wrestling, a concert with Electric Woodshed, and a showing of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory in the park.
Whether you're there just for the eats or want to join in on the activities, you're sure to overindulge at Tampa's Massive Free Chocolate Festival.
