Halloween is on the way, and we're looking for the perfect place to pick up a pumpkin this spooky season. Sweetfields Farm fall season celebration might be our best bet for pumpkin hunting and fall fun all in one stop.
Their fall season will be starting at the end of the month, bringing with it tons of fall activities. Pop in and hunt for the perfect jack-o-lantern carving pumpkin in their U-pick patches and bring some extra cash if you love farm fresh produce. If you plan on picking up a pumpkin, pop in as early as possible; they generally sell out of their pumpkin stache around Oct. 26th.
Aside from plump pumpkins and fresh produce, Sweetfield's will also have tons of fall fun to ring in the spooky season right. Try to find your way through their corn, hay, and "spider web" rope mazes, or putz around the farm on a fun hayride.
If you happen to have a kid or are simply still a kid at heart, get your face painted, climb into the treehouse play area, visit with the farm animals, or wander to the free craft space to make something cute to take home.
Their fall season event will also have food and drink available for you to sip and munch on, including kettle corn, pizza, lemonade, and wine. They'll have plenty of photo ops too, so don't forget your phone or camera to snap a cute fall pic for the 'gram.
Admission onto the farm is pretty affordable too at only $9.50 per person. Admission includes the hayride, hay & corn mazes, the spider web maze, treehouse, free craft of the season, the farm animals and more.
If you want to bring some extra cash, they'll have additional fun things to do like a veggie launcher, pumpkin sling & peddle tractors.
Sounds like the perfect Florida fall day on the farm. An overview of Sweetfields can be seen below; they even have a gorgeous sunflower maze in the spring season.
If you're looking for more ways to celebrate fall, you can also attend a 6-day pumpkin festival at this Florida Farm next month.
