Christmas is the jolliest time of year and although we are still three months away from the season of togetherness and joy (and eggnog), people are already beginning to countdown the days 'til Santa comes. Honestly, the best way to celebrate the season and prepare for the stress of Christmas shopping is to kick back with a few seasonal drinks. If you're doing Christmas in Atlanta, these pop-up bars are serving more than your average egg nog and you have to try these crazy Christmas concoctions.
Miracle Pop-up and Sippin' Santa pop-ups are temporary bars posted up in several cities throughout the U.S. during the holiday season, serving craft Christmas-themed cocktails that will literally knock your stockings off. The concept was brought to life in NYC in 2014 and its extreme popularity has led to the expansion across the entire world including all four corners of the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Central America.
With over 120 locations nationwide, we are super lucky to be having four locations to get tipsy with Santa on a whole new level on Nov. 25 through Dec. 31. The three Miracle pop-ups will be making themselves an holly jolly home at Seven Lamps, Tapa Tapa and The Brasserie and Neighborhood Café at Parish. There will be one Sippin' Santa location at Bon Ton Atlanta.
Santa Claus is comin' to town and he's not messing around. These drinks, which will really get you in the Christmas spirit, are created by professional mixologists who live and breathe their passion of fabricating delicious cocktails — and they are more than imaginative while doing so.
The insane lineup of Christmas-themed cocktails plus an atmosphere 100% decked out with, tons of glowing Christmas lights, tinsel, Santa hats, stockings and walls covered completely in bows will make you feel like you're in a boozy neon winter wonderland.
The tiki-inspired cocktails with a holiday twist at Sippin' Santa will have you singing "falalala" all night, even if your words are slurred. The massive jingle bowl has everything but the kitchen sink including Jamaican & Demerara rums, Applejack, Amaro, lemon juice, orange juice and more.
There are 20 cocktails over all and they are seriously out of this world, but you'll have to taste them for yourself. Miracle also plans to throw the world's largest collective ugly sweater party on Dec. 2, so stay tuned for Narcity's coverage on that.
