Sitting at a desk all day is enough to fill you with some pent-up energy. The next time you need an excuse to run wild and blow of some steam, you can try this brand new obstacle course in Michigan

There are several Airtime Trampoline & Game Parks in southeast Michigan but you can only play the XP Arena at the Novi location. It's open to adults and children, but some of the tasks are so difficult that probably only a serious athlete could complete.

This course features 11 obstacles that you can tackle to rack up points. It's sort of like combining American Ninja Warrior with laser tag. You get points by completing as much of the course as possible instead of by shooting at another team.

Each player has a sensor on your wrist that adds up your score when you touch it to other sensors placed throughout the arena. You'll feel like you're in a video game when you finish and see your points on the scoreboard.

You have 20 minutes to compete against up to 70 people! It's a huge course that you can definitely lose yourself in.

Your first game will cost $15 and every additional game will run you $5.

When you walk down into the huge pit that contains the course, you'll feel excitement as the green lights flash and reflect against the giant vertical ball pit.

You can also run as fast as you can up the quarter pipe that is 21 feet tall. If you feel like you have a future in parkour, maybe you can test out your skills running up walls.

Just to spice things up even more, there are different colored sensors to show you which ones are worth the most. Let's hope if you make it up that quarter-pipe you get the most points!

This is a great spot to visit if you're just so sick of staying in every day and binging Netflix.

You could also head to this free greenhouse in Ann Arbor to get a little taste of nature, play super realistic laser tag or even visit this museum that has some of the weirdest circus-themed stuff you've ever seen.

This map shows just how much space you have to run around and let loose while competing against your friends.
