You don't have to live in Louisiana to get your hands on decadent and juicy crustaceans. Many parts of the world celebrate the under-sea delicacies and next month you can look forward to joining the club at a free crawfish boil in Nashville. The seafood frenzy is at a taproom so you know the booze will be flowing.

Spring is nearly in bloom which means patio season is almost here. You can kick off the long-awaited al fresca weather at Tennessee Brew Works because they'll be hosting their annual crawfish boil on March 7.

Each year, crawfish fanatics and booze lovers join the local craft brewery to partake in one massive (and messy) New Orleans-style food fest.

You won't have to spend a dime to join in on this feast, and you can eat all the crawfish you please (while supplies last) on the open upper and lower patios.

You'll have to pay separately to nosh on the buttery bites, but your stomach will thank you because you can bless it with crawfish that's boiled in Tennessee Brew Works' unique IPA.

The creative flavors are bound to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your tastebuds.

Of course, there are going to be lots of small bites to pair with your shellfish. Expect to indulge in sides like house-made andouille sausage, corn, and potatoes from local Batey Farms.

There will also be deals on pitchers so you can guzzle your weight in beer (if there's room).

You can get a pound of crawfish for $10 and/or a pound with a basket of sides (corn, sausage, and potatoes) for $15.

It wouldn't be a true low-country boil if the fest didn't add a little bit of Tennessee twang to the Cajun mix. You'll get to revel in live country music as you get your hands messy and your bellies full.

This all-day event will last from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., so get a full night's rest on the eve and come ready to dance to Nashville local Taylor Alexander, folk band Adrian+Meredith and Erin Hazelrig’s Dolly Parton tribute band.
