Nashville Is Hosting The World's Biggest Christmas Lights Festival This Month & It's So Lit
Come see the 100-foot Christmas tree!
If there are two things Nashville loves, it's partying and baseball. Some people don't know that the AAA baseball team, the Nashville Sounds, is located right in Music City. When you mix these two things during the holiday season, you get an epic Christmas party. GLOW is coming to Nashville later this month and it is sure to fill you with Christmas cheer.
GLOW Nashville has never been done before, so we are all in for a great treat. This event will take place at First Tennessee Park, on the actual baseball field, from Nov. 22 until Dec. 31. This will be the ultimate winter wonderland and you can't miss it.
GLOW will feature Nashville's tallest Christmas tree (standing at 100 feet), an ice rink, snow tubing park, holiday party space, a bar and cafe and many vendors. It's pretty much just a huge holiday party.
You'll probably enjoy this event so much that it will become an every year tradition. No matter what age you are, you'll be able to enjoy everything that this place has to offer. It does claim to be Nashville's brightest event for the holidays, by the way.
If you are 21 and up, you'll be happy to hear that there is a cafe just for you, without kids! You can sip on Christmas cocktails while enjoying the igloos and firepits that are available.
After you have a few cocktails in you, it's time to hit the ice. GLOW has created its own ice skating rink that has a perfect view of the Nashville skyline. You'll be able to skate for 90 minutes for just $10.
There will also be a 170-foot-long tube park that they have created over the stadium seats. You can race your friends and see who can get to the ginormous Christmas tree at the bottom first.
Tennessee really knows how to do the holiday season and how to blow the other states out of the water. You can visit theand the for cheap this season to check out over a million lights at both locations!
