In just a few months, lavenders and bluebonnets will be blooming all over Texas and we can hardly wait! So many of us feel this way, so a lavender and bluebonnet festival is being held near Austin in celebration. Texas is filled with the two flowering plants, but chances are you've never seen so many in one area.

Starting Saturday, March 28, and ending on Sunday, March 29, is the Lavender and Bluebonnet Festival hosted by Luling Lavender Fields.

If you've never been, this March is your chance! They're giving lavender and bluebonnet lovers alike a chance to come out and enjoy both colorful plants with music, food, and more.

Luling Lavender Fields has a shop that's open year-round seven days a week, but this festival is only once a year.

For good reason, after all, our two favorite plants aren't always in bloom.

400 Spanish lavender plants will be in full bloom alongside bluebonnets, but that's not all.

Many other native Texas wildflowers will be in bloom as well.

Artisan vendors, music, and Texas' best food truck cuisine will be at the fest for you to enjoy, and the vendors will have plenty of lavender products. Handmade and all-natural!

Tickets are $10 per car when purchased in advance, only $13.35 after-tax, so the more friends you bring, the cheaper it'll be for you all.

Tickets will also be available at the gate but will start at $12 instead.

Purchase yours today to save and reserve your spot, after all, space is limited.

Come in purple or blue and expect to get lots of those colors in your Instagram-worthy photos.
