You can visit almost any city in Texas and stumble upon a notoriously haunted property. From battleships to hotels, this southern state has plenty of history and the ghosts to show for it. Few places offer the opportunity to both tour and spend the night in their haunted spectacles, and The Haunted Magnolia Hotel in Seguin, Texas is finally becoming one of them.

The owners of The Haunted Magnolia hotel are kicking off Fourth of July the right way by hosting an open house! All ages are welcome to this rare opportunity of seeing the newly restored hotel in all of its glory. It'll take place on Independence Day from 10 AM to 2 PM and it's completely free! If touring or staying the night here is more up your alley, don't worry, they're offering that too.

Guests and ghost hunters who have visited the hotel have seen ghostly figures, heard unhuman noises, and even have caught paranormal things on camera!

Dates have begun to open to allow the public to tour this very haunted hotel, however, they've begun to sell out pretty quickly! August 24th is the latest date on the list and they plan on opening up many more. Keep your eyes open for more opportunities to tour the entire property, but for now, pack your bags and get ready to have the creepiest sleepover ever.

On Monday, August 12th the owners Jim and Erin Ghedi are finally allowing up to four people to spend the night in their newly restored suite. From Monday through Thursday, two separate, gorgeous bedrooms are available to the public. One has a king size bed and the other has a queen, though we don't think the ghosts have a preference. Ha-ha. They'll begin allowing reservations on their website soon, from the dead and undead!
