The Dallas Arboretum is well-known for its annual festivals. From wine tastings sprinkled throughout the year to an out-of-this-world European themed market this past Christmas, the Arboretum knows how to celebrate an occasion. We all look forward to the springtime every year because they host an event like no other. The biggest floral festival in Texas, Dallas Blooms, will be opening on February 29.

Themed “Sounds of Spring,” you'll be immersed into a floral and musical wonderland with six enchanting symphonies-inspired topiaries, some reaching 8-feet tall!

All of the stunning natural arrangements will take after musical instruments. You'll be able to see a piano, a saxophone, a harp and many more.

Talk about some great floral arranging and photo opportunities!

There will be many varieties of spring bulbs, more than 500,000 spring-blooming blossoms, thousands of azaleas and many more extraordinary floral installations for you to admire.

The festival starts on February 29 and running until April 12.

To really bring the musical theme to life, delightful music will be played across the gardens as you stroll through them and take in all the beauty.

Every week, there will be a different genre of music showcased, and on the weekends, there will be live performances.

There are multiple activities and events planned that you'll be able to participate in throughout the week as well.

Some of these events include a Food & Wine Festival, Mommy and Me Mondays, and BOGO Wednesdays.

Yep, you read that right. On Wednesdays, you can bring yourself and a partner, for the price of only one ticket!

The only exclusion to this great deal will be March 18. Grab a friend and head on over this Spring.

The Arboretum business hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.

Make it an affordable date and go on a Wednesday, or go on a weekend to experience live music.

Either way, this is a beautiful place to check out at least once!
