Dallas Is Having A Free Korean Fest This Fall With A K-Pop Night
Korean culture at its finest.
Texas is a big melting pot of culture and boy do we love to celebrate it every chance we get. Being so diverse gives us a chance to discover the world around us without having to travel. With that being said, Dallas is having a massive Korean festival to gift us amazing Korean food and great music.
Dallas Korean Festival will take place on Nov. 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The fest is free for the public to attend and will have a variety of both cultural and K-Pop performances. It consists of three parts, the first being food! You'll find both traditional dishes, as well as food from local Korean-owned shops. The second part of the event is all about Korean culture. This includes art, games, and a parade filled with color. Performances by drummers and dancers will take over the stage to wow the crowd.
The third part of the fest is the K-Pop Night. The night is meant to get everyone hyped and if you know a couple of fan chants, you're more than welcome to join in. Throughout K-Pop Night, there will be performances by NeonPunch, Snuper, and DJ Flash Finger. In past years, fans have been treated to a fansign and we expect this year to be no different, so make sure to bring your cute little notes for your preference.
While the event is free to enter, we suggest bringing cash as there might be fees for food, drinks, and other activities. If you're looking for more ways to celebrate Korean culture, you can make your way down to Houston where they will also be having athis year.
Dallas Korean Festival is going to be located at 2625 Old Denton Rd., Carrollton, Texas 75007. To check out more information on this awesome event stop by their Facebook event page here.
