Museums are excellent places to visit any time of the year. They have tons of wild art that you might not see anywhere else. During this winter season, you'll be able to enjoy a pleasant stroll through The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth for free. Starting on November 29, you'll be able to explore the museum on Fridays for free.

The museum will be offering free Fridays until February 2. You'll be able to stay until 8 p.m. to enjoy the lovely lights they have on display outside of the museum. The holiday lights come on during the winter season to bring cheer to all museum visitors.

You'll be able to explore the museum and its cafe. Usually, the price of admission is around $16, so you and your friends getting to see all this stunning art for free is a significant score.

During part of this run, you'll be able to stop by and check out Ruckus Rodeo and exhibit that brings massive colorful sculptures to life. The sculptures depict a rodeo in an array of beautiful colors. You'll be able to walk through the exhibition and take tons of neat pics of the incredible art pieces all around you. It'll be a magical experience like no other - and at no cost.

If you like to stay late at the museum to explore what they have to offer you're in luck because the museum will remain open until 7 p.m. on Tuesday nights. You can always stop by the cafe for some seasonal treats or to have a lovely dinner date.

If you're looking for more awesome museum things to do in the metroplex, check out the Perot where they are bringing all your favorite Pixar characters to Dallas for a wild exhibit.
