The mountains offer breathtaking views and tons of trails for visitors to hike, bike, and horseback ride through. Several trails lead you high up to views that are undisturbed by buildings and freeways. One of their more famous attractions is their bird watching station. The station is considered to be one of if not the best in the state and it attracts people from all over to be able to take the best pics of the wildlife.

Daily entrance fee to the park is only $6 and their busiest season is from May through Labor Day. You can camp at the park starting at just $10 or you can stay at Indian Lodge starting at $115 a night.
