With the 25th anniversary of one of Texas's biggest stars' death happening next month, many Selena fans are finding ways to pay tribute to the amazing singer. Now is the time to celebrate and remember Selena Quintanilla and Houston is definitely doing just that. One really fun way to celebrate La Reina de Tex-Mex is by going to a Selena-themed festival in Houston that's going to have all things surrounding the Tejano icon!

Karbach Brewery is going to host a Selena Movie Night & Market on March 8. Selena's widower and guitarist, Chris Pérez, is even going to be performing live.

East End Studio Gallery will be putting on the event. They have done other Selena inspired events in the past like a Selena Loteria event that looks like it will be a blast and a great way to honor la Reina.

The awesome thing is, admission to the event is free. You can enjoy a Chris Pérez concert, an outdoor Selena movie screening, and browse the market, all for free.

The fest will have a market at Karbach's Biergarten from noon to 6 p.m. and local vendors will be selling different art and wares inspired by Selena.

Karbach will also be supplying special edition Selena glassware while supplies last!

There will be food trucks, plenty to drink (it is at a brewery after all), and other live performers as well.

Other musicians playing on stage before Chris Pérez's 5 p.m. concert include DJ Mexican Blackbird and Monica's Bidi Bidi Tribute.

The event is pretty much an all-day thing and even after the music and market, you can still hang around and grab a few more brews and watch an outdoor screening of Selena.

Cozying up under blankets on lawn chairs while drinking some local beers and watching Selena on a big outdoor screen is the perfect way to cap off a day of celebration of the life of the Tex-Mex queen.
