As the old saying goes, "April showers bring May flowers," and that's exactly what's happening in Texas. Sunflower season has officially arrived in the Lone Star State and the pickings are not slim. There's a farm near Houston with sunflowers that you can pick for practically nothing, but your house will be everything once it's decorated with them.

Froberg's Farm in Alvin, Texas is under an hour's drive from Houston and currently has an incredible "Sunflower Trail" open for business.

Their trail is open every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting. With how nice the weather has been lately, you should be good to go almost any day of the week!

You'll be able to walk along five acres of gorgeous sunflowers and even snap some awesome pictures along the way.

Currently, professional photography in the fields isn't being offered. However, it can be argued that there's a professional photographer in us all!

The entrance fee is $2 per person and the sunflowers are $1 per stem.

Froberg's Farm is not only home to tons of sunflowers this time of year, but also loads of tasty fruits.

Blackberries, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries are currently in season. Blackberries are $5 per pound, strawberries are $3 per pound, and cherry tomatoes are $1 per clamshell.

You'll be able to put all of your tasty findings in a bucket, which is just $1.25.

According to their website, dogs aren't allowed in the farm's fields, so your furry friend will have to stay at home.

But, that doesn't mean your friends and loved ones can't come with you. You'll need someone to take awesome photos of you in the Sunflower Trail, after all.
