There's no better way to spend a hot summer day than by listening to great music. A good concert makes being out in the Texas sun completely worth it and if you couple it with amazing food and cool drinks, it can't get any better than that. If you're in town this summer, Houston is having a Reggae Fest that is the perfect combination of both!

Houston's annual Reggae Fest is going to be back on June 13 and tickets for access to a full line-up of concerts are only $10 right now. Prices are going to increase on January 31 so make sure you get tickets soon to get an awesome deal!

Early-bird General Admission tickets give you access to the festival and a souvenir wrist band, but the fest also has different packages if you want to get more than just GA.

Until January 31, for $25, you can get the Souvenir Package, which comes with the same perks as GA, but also with an official festival T-shirt.

If you want to go VIP, now is the time to do so because you get exclusive merch, gourmet food, and shaded seating for only $60.

While music is the focus, it's not just going to be an awesome concert, because the fest will also be full of yummy food and vendors.

In past years, local vendors have included jewelry-makers, clothing sellers, and providers of different types of tasty snacks.

So get ready to grab a Red Stripe or drink out of a fresh pineapple and listen to the best Reggae music this summer!

The Reggae Fest is huge every year and comes with a whole day's worth of concerts so follow them on Facebook to keep up and know when they announce this year's line-up.

Houston is no stranger to massive music and food fests, and if you can't wait until summer to visit one, this April there's going to be a huge Latin festival that's going to have a bunch of live music.

And of course, Galveston's huge Mardi Gras event this February is going to be full of great food and even better drinks.
