This year's 4/20 brought us The Smoking Pot Coffee Shop, Houston's first ever CBD-infused coffee house, to the city and it was a huge hit. Now, on Sunday, June 23th, Houston's only CBD Coffee Shop is hosting a Hemp and Art Fest for CBD ethusiasts or anyone just interested in what it can do!

There will be live music, loads of coffee and food, local vendors, booths set up by Texan artists, and plenty of options to learn about the benefits of CBD.

And if you can't find any excuse to go, here's one for you. Governor Abbott just signed a bill into law that legalizes the production and regulation of hemp in Texas. Cheers your coffee to that!

This green coffee house sells a variety of different CBD oils and hemp-infused items such as breakfast pastries, drinks like green tea matcha and coffee, sweets like gummies and chocolate truffles, and even CBD lip balm!

You won't be able to taste or smell the CBD, but chances are, you'll be able to feel it. No, it won't get you high, because it's derived from hemp, not marijuana. But, hey, it'll help you get nice and relaxed while still getting your caffeine fix.

The oil is commonly used as a pain reliever, seizure repressor, stomach relaxer, and as a way of helping wean people off perscription pills. The oil is not addictive, but no promises this coffee isn't!

You must be 18 years or old to enjoy these double-baked goods or coffee.

And in case the local art that will be at the festival isn't enough Houston pride for you, you'll be pleased to find that the Smoking Pot's signage was designed by the famous designer responsible for the "Be Someone" graffiti over I-45. Now that's Houston, through and through.

The festival will be located at the shop from 2 - 7 pm on Sunday, June 23.
