Get ready for something crazy because The Legendary Art Car Ball 2019 in Houston this weekend is definitely going to be the ultimate parade and party ever. The colorful, crazy event is four days long and starts April 11th and runs until April 14th at Hermann Square at City Hall.

On the first day of the event, you will be able to see a preview of the Houston Car Art parade. This is a great chance to look at some of the crazy and creative designs that will be featured that day of the big parade. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. you will be able to enjoy music, games and more at Discovery Green and Avenida where more art cars will be present for viewing and Instagramming.

The second day of the event is the big Art Car Ball. The party has a $30 admission fee and it is the wildest party in Houston. From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. you will have the chance to experience the most colorful night with multiple interactive art exhibits, DJs and fire breathing artists. Of course, there will be food and drinks. If you're really feeling up for it you can dress in your wildest attire for a chance to win the costume contest. Some of the art features are Input/Output, BamBull Black and Moon Papas.

On Saturday, the main event will take place starting at 2 pm. Over 200 art cars will roll through Downtown Houston giving visitors a chance to see some truly incredible creations. Some of these cars are decorated to look like your favorite pop culture shows and movies such as the Mystery Machine while others are more complex and unique like a blue car with robotic lobsters.

Once the parade is over, you will be able to enjoy a free after-party at Saint Arnold Brewer from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. where you will be able to enjoy the art cars up close, take pictures and talk to the creators of these marvelous attractions.

The last day of the celebration will take place at Orange Show Headquarters where the winner of the parade will be announced and receive $15,000.
