This Washington Tree Maze Has The “Most Lit” Christmas Trees & You Can Get Lost In It

Have you ever watched a holiday movie on Hallmark and wished you were part of all that tinsel and charm? You can finally feel like you're in it at this spot. This Christmas tree maze in Shelton, Washington is attempting to set a world record with the most lit trees in the world! And it's free to walk through.
The sparkling evergreens are lined up to form a fun maze that's also shaped like the holiday tree! You can walk through it with your friends, while sipping some hot cocoa until December 15.
Volunteers in Shelton decked up 797 Christmas trees with lights over the weekend as part of the Christmastown USA festival. The Hallmark channel currently holds a Guinness World Record for lighting up 559 trees in a New York Park. Now, this little town has unofficially broken that record.
The conifers all sit pretty as part of a maze in the downtown area, and you can walk through the magical twinkle hand-in-hand with your beau.
The fun doesn't stop there though. The town will wear its cheery spirit and celebrate with markets, live music, and stalls with local vendors selling crafts and one-of-a-kind Christmas goodies throughout the month.
Storefronts will be at their decorated best as they compete for the coveted "best-decorated storefront" title.
The festivities are held on weekends and weeknights from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Santa will be spreading the seasonal cheer with free photo ops too.
Other staples you can expect are tonnes of apple cider, gingerbread houses, roasted chestnuts, and chowder.
