This Is The Ab Routine Jennifer Lopez Does To Get Her Rock Hard Abs

It's not a secret that Jennifer Lopez is one of the most beautiful women on earth. She's a great role model, a great mom, and clearly takes care of her health which is admirable. I can't say enough great things about her. I mean, have you seen her rock hard abs? She's 48. Let that sink in. 

Jennifer Lopez is truly like a fine wine. She just gets better with age. No matter what age you are, the only way to get abs like that is discipline. Exercise and a healthy, balanced diet will give you the stomach you want. And we know the exact exercises that J.Lo does to get those unreal abs of hers. 

A celebrity trainer named Michael Blauner explained how to get her amazing stomach. He stated, which we all know, that abs are made in the kitchen. However, if you don't have ab muscles, then you'll just have a flat stomach instead of a toned stomach. These are the exercises he believes Jennifer uses to get her crazy abs: 

  • Planks
  • Full sit ups 
  • Vertical leg raises
  • Crunches
  • Core twists with a medicine ball
  • Burpees
  • Butt lifts
  • Yoga push ups

To see results, it would be beneficial to do this workout 3 times through 3 to 4 times a week. And of course, paired with a healthy diet filled with protein and lots of vegetables. Poor eating won't allow you to burn body fat in order to see those abs that J.Lo rocks. She eats either a salad with protein or fish with veggies for a meal. Talk about healthy. She also burns hundreds of calories dancing on stage each night she performs, which definitely acts as her cardio. 

She has stated that she adores dancing, and she even does yoga to tone her whole body while calming her mind. She also said she hardly drinks alcohol and doesn't drink coffee. How does a woman as busy as her not drink coffee? Oh, right, she's a superwoman.
