This Is The Exact Workout Kendall Jenner Does To Get Her Insane Abs

The Kardashian/Jenner family (well, minus Kylie) is known for their love of fitness. They all post their different workouts on Snapchat, as well as an in depth look on their apps. However, we can't all train with the famous Gunnar Peterson, who trains Khloe, Kim and Kendall. Kendall is the jetsetter of the family, so she can't always train with him too. 

If you're like Kendall and don't have a ton of time, or are just lazy AF, this 11-minute workout will tone up your abs and hopefully turn you into a Victoria's Secret angel right away. Jk. But we can all dream. Kendall revealed her sacred ab workout on her app earlier this year, and it's definitely not easy. 

The good thing about this workout is that the reps are small, but the burn is not. It only lasts 11 minutes, so you can do it. However, the burn means it's working. We should have abs right after, right? 

1. Forearm Plank

30 seconds

2. Hand Plank

30 seconds

3. Forearm Side Plank

15 seconds per side

4. Side Plank Elbow-to-Knee Crunches

5 reps per side

5. Forearm Plank With Around-The-World Arm And Leg Raises

15 seconds

6. Alternating Knee To Elbow Forearm Plank

10 reps

7. Bicycle Crunches

30 seconds

8. Raised Toe Touches

30 seconds

9. Rocking Hands Plank

15 seconds

10. Bent Knee Jacknives

11. Russian Twists

13. Donkey Kicks

15 reps per side

If you're crazy, feel free to do it twice! It would be most beneficial to do this exercise after cardio, or a HIIT workout. If you're confused by any of the movements, here is a great video explaining them.
