This Is What Kourtney Kardashian Eats To Get The Best Body Of Her Life

The Kardashians/Jenner's are known for having insane bodies. From Kim's unreal hips to Khloé's rock hard abs, it's not a surprise that good genes run in the family. And the oldest of them all, Kourtney, is a prime example that you can actually look better the more you age. Please let me have her luck!

The mom of 3 is probably the least busy out of all the sisters, of course not including her mom duties. However, she is seen on random trips with friends all the time where she's gallivanting around in her bathing suit. I mean, I would too if I had her body. 

Honestly, we've been sleeping on Kourt too much. She looks bomb as hell, has 3 kids and careers herself gracefully while being part of an empire. But you can't get that body eating Cheetos and laying on the couch all day. If you haven't seen Kourtney's Snapchat stories, then you wouldn't know that she works out almost every single day. And her workouts with her sister, Khloe, are not to be f*cked with. They look hard as hell. 

Everyone knows that a good diet is one of the biggest parts of getting your dream body. A balanced lifestyle, according to multiple sources, is 80/20. Kourtney has said multiple times that she's gluten and dairy free and only buys organic, and that she actually fasts one day a week. Uhhh, okay. Definitely don't sign me up for the last one. In order to get her insane body, this is what Kourtney eats in a day: 

Breakfast: Kourtney swears by avocado pudding, which she eats before a workout. It consists of one organic avocado, 1 tablespoon of organic cane sugar, 1/2 cup of organic whole milk (aren't you dairy free?) and 1 tablespoon of Manuka honey. Blend it all up and you've got avo pudding! Yum, sort of. 

Lunch and dinner: Kourtney goes for lean protein, which is usually fish or chicken. She'll eat that with a side of veggies and cauliflower rice. Honey, where are the carbs? 

After dinner/snack: Nothing. Kourtney says that she goes 14 to 16 hours without eating from dinner to breakfast. However, she has said before that she will snack on fruit and veggies if she does get hungry. 

Kourtney also claims that she fasts once a week, only drinking bone broth and water. She's said that she avoids the kitchen on those days. Kourt, your liver naturally detoxes for you! You don't need to do that. 

So there you have it. The key to getting Kourt's body is to basically eat little to no carbs, and healthy fats for breakfast to keep you full all day. I'm definitely not promoting that this is a healthy diet, since everyone has their own idea of healthy. However, Kourtney may want to look at Miranda Kerr's diet for some inspiration.
