This New Netflix Canada Series About Death Looks Hilarious And Creepy All At The Same Time

When it comes to Netflix Canada, there are a lot of shows and movies that seem exactly like each other. YOU sounds like a mix between Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl, and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser is like every episode of Catfish, but less intense. So it's great when a new series comes out that's unlike anything you've ever seen before. This new Netflix series about death looks hilarious and creepy all at the same time

Starring Christina Applegate, Linda Cardellini, and James Marsden, this new Netflix series called Dead to Me follows a woman named Jen who just lost her husband in a tragic car accident. She meets a woman named Judy at a support group, and they become fast friends. However, their personalities couldn't be any different.

Jen invites Judy to stay with her so they can lean on each other, but Judy has a huge secret that will ruin her entire life if anyone finds out. Jen's kids are pretty skeptical of Judy, and definitely for good reasons.

This is definitely a show you'll want to cancel all your plans for. You may recognize Christina Applegate from shows like Friends and Married with Children and Linda Cardellini is best known for her role in Freaks and Geeks. Together, their characters make a powerful duo that is destined to fail.

Dead to Me will be available on Netflix on May 3rd. You can view the trailer below.
