Joe Exotic’s Ex Looks Unrecognizable In Netflix’s New ‘Tiger King’ Aftershow (PHOTOS)

One more for the cool cats and kittens! The Tiger King aftershow episode wrapped up everything we learned in the first seven parts of the docuseries. Though it didn't feature both the Tiger King and Queen themselves, we did see a pretty intense transformation from Joe Exotic's ex-husband, John Finlay.
The eighth episode in the wild series premiered on April 12 and was conducted using video chat with host Joel McHale.
He posed questions to guests that we got to know through the series. That included Jeff and Lauren Lowe, John Reinke, Joshua Dial, John Finlay, Saff, Erik Cowie, and Rick Kirkman.
However, self-proclaimed Tiger King Joe Exotic wasn't featured in the episode. Entertainment Weekly claims that he's currently quarantined at a medical prison in Texas. He was moved there following multiple cases of COVID-19 at the Oklahoma prison where he's serving 22 years.
Exotic's sworn enemy Carole Baskin wasn't in the episode either because of her disappointment with how she was portrayed. EW writes that Baskin told them she had "not been approached about a new episode and would not participate if asked."
Perhaps one of the most shocking parts of the 40-minute long aftershow was the radical transformation by Exotic's former husband, John Finlay.

Finlay was featured throughout the series, almost always shirtless, with tons of tattoos and piercings, and quite a few missing teeth.
Now, the Tiger King star looks so different, he's almost unrecognizable.
In the bonus episode, Finlay appeared wearing a shirt, cowboy hat, glasses, one AirPod, and a full set of sparkling white teeth. His transformation certainly caught the attention of viewers, who are in awe at how much he's changed.

During the aftershow, Finlay shared that he now has a fiancé who he watched all seven episodes of the series with.
However, according to PEOPLE, he felt that Tiger King inaccurately represented him. He told the news outlet that it "made me look like a drugged-out hillbilly. But at the time I did that, I was five years clean. I am now six years clean."
Finlay even got his tattoo that read "Privately Owned by Joe Exotic" completely covered up and healed since filming took place. If you were wondering, he revealed that it was totally his choice to go shirtless in each interview, noting that he had tattoos he loved to show off.
The aftershow episode just aired yesterday but with the popularity of the series, it seems many people spent their Sunday tuning in.
Some weren't too impressed with what it had to offer, with one person even comparing it to the final season of Game of Thrones.
Others were "underwhelmed," calling it "hot garbage. Unnecessary. Unappealing." As well as a "horribly desperate ratings grab."
