7 New Toronto Restaurants Opening This Spring

Fresh ingredients make delicious food.

Torontonians love to try different foods and in order to explore a variety of menus, you need to find out the scoop on which new restaurants are coming to our city this spring. There are many culinary options to choose from if you're not the type to try it all. Whether you're in the mood for greasy food, hangover brunch or a healthy meal, I'm sure you'll be excited to check out at least one of these new restaurants on this list.

1. What Vegans Eat // 1263 Queen Street W.

A new vegan eatery is scheduled to open very shortly in Parkdale. What Vegans Eat is going to have a no salad-zone menu, that will offer comfort dishes attracting both herbivores and carnivores! We're really looking forward to the grand opening, as vegan spots are very limited in Toronto.

2. Lbs. Restaurant // 100 Yonge St.

This new restaurant and bar will offer a delicious menu featuring a wide selection of seafood and burgers.We're excited for their live lobster, flavorful burgers, fresh salads and lip-smacking cocktails. How will they welcome their guests? Shello! Lbs will offer both take-out and dine- in services to satisfy all visitors.

3. Bombay Street Food // 828 Bay St.

Bombay Street Food has set a great first impression to Torontonians with their vendors at East York Farmers' Market. A variety of Indian signature dishes will be served to satisfy those spicy taste buds!

4. Té // 70 Ossington Ave.

An Asian fusion snack bar will offer a tapas menu for dinner, late night munchies, a creative cocktail list and weekend brunch with a touch served from Friday through Sunday.

5. Adamson Barbeque // 176 Wicksteed Ave.

The new meat eatery is coming soon to Leaside industrial park. Serving up wood smoked beef brisket, spare ribs and sausage, all dishes will have a texas barbeque flavor to its' stacks of meat on meat on meat.

6. Leña // 176 Yonge St.

Oliver and Bonacini is welcoming its new restaurant to the well established brand at the beginning of June. Chef Anthony Walsh has created a menu inspired by South American cuisine, with a touch of Italian and Spanish flavors. Leña will occupy three floors at the Saks Fifth Avenue at Yonge & Richmond.

7. Dirty Food // 3070 Dundas St.

One of Toronto's well-known catering companies is opening up a restaurant in The Junction. Dirty Food will offer signature fried chicken and waffles, as well as their green tomato grilled cheese. Oh and did we mention tacooooossss??? Yum.
