He makes some of the most creative drinks in the whole entire city and is your go-to man when it comes to experimenting with flavors, ingredients and turning on your taste buds.

2. Manny Contreras // multiple venues.

Manny is the master when it comes to anything that has to do with tequila. He is a professional mixologist who  takes part in several competitions and makes appearances to teach people all about his favourite type of alcohol.

3. Mana // independent bartender

Mana is a cocktail goddess. She represented Toronto in The 2016 Grey Goose Pourmasters competition in Paris and has worked in some of the best establishments in the city. Keep up with her Instagram page to know which next venue she'll be demonstrated her mixology skills at.

4. Chantelle Gabino // Parts & Labour

Chantelle represented Canada at the North American finals in London, England at the at the Bombay Distillery. She is currently a bartender at Parts & Labour and is capable of putting together some mean drinks and creative booze works. Chantelle is also a director of Wine & Spirits in Toronto.

5. Jonathan K Crosson // Lavelle 

John has worked in the Toronto bar and restaurant scene for several years. He's created cocktail menus for most of the establishments he's worked for and he's sure good at whipping up some drinks together.  From The Addison's Residence to Figo and other popular venues, he is now the head bar manager at Lavelle.

6. Joshua LeBlanc // independent bartender

Josh loves making tasty AF cocktails and he is sure good at it. He's a former manager of Montauk, a trendy speakeasy cocktail bar. He currently has a new bar project in the works.

7. Ray Daniel // Char No.5

Ray is the head bartender at Char No.5 Whiskey Bar. As an Irish native and thorough knowledge of whiskey, of course it's his area of expertise when it comes to liquor. Ray has participated in a variety of competitions and masterclasses around Canada and the US.

8. Alana Nogueda // The Shameful Tiki Room 

Why spend money on a trip to Hawaii when you can have the ultimate cocktail experience right here in Toronto? Alana is the head bartender, partner and operator at The Shameful Tiki Room. She whips up delicious, tropical  exotic, cocktails that will leave you completely speechless.

9. Matteo Gloria // BarChef

Matteo travelled from Milan to Toronto to join the BarChef team! He's participated in several competition across Canada such as National Made With Love competition in Montreal and has established himself as a creative mixologist throughout the city!
