We all love a good summer outdoor patio or rooftop restaurant, but as summer approaches, there's no better food experience than a good ol' food truck.

Honestly, there's something SO intriguing about seeing a line up out front of a colourful looking food truck. And with the culture of food trucks becoming more and more popular, there's so much to try. Here's a list of a few in Toronto that are a MUST this summer: 

Caplansky's 

The Caplansky's food truck (named Bubby Doris) is the street version of the popular College St deli. This truck features smoked meat sandwiches, sliders, doughnuts and other treats!

Little Havana Cafe 

This little (literally) cafe offers authentic Cuban beverages as well as other snacks. You can find this little truck in Liberty Village. 

Alijandro's Kitchen 

This Mediterranean Mexican hybrid food truck is super popular in the city. From tacos to falafel, you won't leave disappointed! You can spot this truck by Roy Thompson Hall. 

Chimney Stax

This sweet truck is super popular in the city! They offer a variety of doughnut toppings including: plain, cinnamon sugar, rainbow sprinklers and 'chimney duster' which is a mix of cocoa and icing sugar. Find them at Yonge and Eglinton!

Jerk Brothers 

Located at University and Dundas, Jerk Brothers offers all your favourite Carribean items including: jerk chicken, oxtail, beef patties and more. 

Sushiburri Toronto

Specializing in sushi burritos, this truck also offers poke bowl! Taking the sushi burrito experience on the road!

Fully Loaded T.O 

This truck specializes in stuffed chicken wings. You can get wings stuffed with: macaroni and cheese, pepperoni pizza (who even knew that was possible), kimchi fried rice and much more!  Check out this truck in David Pecaut Square. 

Crispy Craves

This truck has tons of different fish tacos, they also offer chicken wings and poutine. You can find this truck in Mel Lastman Square. 

K-Bop

Are you a fan of Korean cuisine? Check out this food truck offering different rice bowls like: bacon-mayo bop, jeyook bop and bulgogi bop. Find this truck at Church and Bloor.
