Just because you are stuck at home doesn't mean you need to lounge on the couch all day. Multiple gyms are offering free workouts online in Toronto to help get you back in shape. The courses will offer a variety of exercises that you can do at home so you can get active while still practicing social distancing. With many gyms across the city shutting their doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be hard to get in a workout. 

However, Toronto gyms are now coming together to offer online workouts for those who still want to stay active during these difficult times. 

Luckily, you don't need to leave your living room to participate in these classes.  Most of them only require a mat and some space to move around, but you don't need much other than comfy clothes to participate. You can check each of the gyms' social pages on updates to when they offer classes. Most of them have schedules and offer different kinds of workouts, so you can choose what's best for you. There are short 20-minute classes as well as 45 minutes or longer. Sweat and Tonic is even throwing in a 10-minute meditation to their schedule, for a short and sweet way to improve your day.
