Protesters Filled Up Toronto's Christie Pits Park For Regis Korchinski-Paquet (VIDEOS)

People are coming out and standing together in solidarity. The Justice for Regis protest has people filling up Christie Pits Park in Toronto. Protesters then began their march through the city to Queen's Park.
On May 30, people started filling up the park at around 2:00 p.m. to protest Regis Korchinski-Paquet's death.
Those who are gathering are sharing videos and photos of everyone standing together in solidarity.
"Black lives under attack, what do we do? Stand up fight back! No justice, no peace," people were heard chanting in the park in a video posted on Twitter.
Not Another Black Life, the organizers of the protest, said earlier in the day that this is for Korchinski-Paquet and for every known and unknown black and indigenous life lost because of police brutality and white supremacy.
"For the targeted, for the unheard. For the ancestors. We stand for you," they said in a tweet.
One person at Christie Pits said that PPE, water and snacks are being given out for free and that everyone is being encouraged to wear a mask.
According to CP24, Korchinski-Paquet's family is asking people at the protest to remain peaceful in her honour.
