The LCBO Just Launched A New Delivery Service Through Foodora In Toronto

Foodora has announced that it is launching on-demand LCBO delivery in Toronto this Thursday. As part of a new pilot project, Foodora customers will now be able to select and order from a curated list of LCBO bestsellers and local favourites for same-day delivery right to your front door. Life is good.
According to this press release, customers will able to scroll through an LCBO menu directly on Foodora's website, which will feature, beer, cider, wine, spirting, and other drink offerings. You will also be able to order drinks through iOS and Android apps. Wait times for booze delivery are a bit longer than typical Foodora orders. Customers should expect to receive their LCBO order within a 60-minute window.
“Never before have Ontarians had such power to choose when, where and how they want to shop with the LCBO, and we are excited to continue our partnership with foodora, bringing additional convenience and choice to the Toronto market,” added George Soleas, President & CEO, LCBO.
The new LCBO delivery will be available Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to approximately one hour before closing. Customers will be charged a $6 flat delivery fee.
