The LCBO's Thanksgiving deals may be over but it looks like some people didn't get the memo and decided to use their very own five-finger discount to stock up. An LCBO theft in the GTA was unfortunately hit by what seemed a chaotic robbery. Two men were filmed being verbally confronted by distressed employees as the stole from shelves and walked out with bags full of booze.

In a video posted by 6ixbuzz on Friday, October 18, two men are seen in an incredibly brazen heist. In what looks like a pretty messy and frankly chaotic operation, the thieves appeared to fill their bags with whatever they could get their hands on at an Oakville LCBO.
In the video, you can hear employees who are clearly distressed by the robbery yelling at the two men as they walked out the store, dropping and smashing bottles along the way. One worker appears to cry "we've got you on video" before explicitly berating the robbers as they left.
Broken bottles and alcohol can be seen on the floors as the filming continues. One man actually brought a whole rolling suitcase just to make sure they were able to get as much as they could.
Halton Police confirmed to Narcity that the incident happened at around 9:10 p.m. on October 17 in the area of Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road in Oakville.
"At this time it has not been reported exactly what was stolen," Constable Steve Elms, media relations officer for Halton Police, told Narcity.
The video only shows two men but police also have a third suspect under investigation.
The first suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 25 and 35 of an average build. He was wearing a black "Champions" brand sweater with a red stripe, a blue T-shirt underneath, a black baseball cap, jeans, and white shoes. He was carrying a black backpack and a rolling black suitcase.
The second suspect seen in the video is described as another black male between 25 and 35, with an average build, bald, wearing a black toque, sunglasses, a black puffy winter jacket, black pants, and black shoes. He was carrying a large duffle bag.
The third suspect is described as a black male, 25 to 30 years of age, with an average-to-larger build, wearing a black jacket, and a blue hoodie underneath with the hood up, black toque, black pants, and black shoes, carrying a large duffle bag.
The incident is still under investigation, confirmed Const. Elms.
Narcity contacted the affected LCBO branch but was redirected to the LBCO comms department.
LCBO thefts are startlingly common. In fact, a report published at the beginning of this year suggested that half of shoplifting cases in the city of Toronto were from an LCBO store.
Just last month, for instance, a man uncannily resembling Hollywood star Ben Affleck was caught on camera in Milton, causing more trouble for Halton Police.
The men were able to walk away with bags full of booze with no care in the world. What a mess they left behind.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Halton Police.
