This New Elevated Boardwalk Near Toronto Leads Over A Creek & Has Endless Lake Views

This stunning new boardwalk near Toronto will take you through a nature oasis and past gorgeous water views.

The Rotary Park boardwalk in Ajax opened at the end of June and connects the park to a pedestrian bridge along the waterfront.

Experience the new Rotary Park boardwalk this summer

The 140-metre elevated boardwalk will completely immerse you in nature as you take in the views of the lake and wander beneath a canopy of trees.

You'll pass right over Duffins Creek as well as through marsh areas, and you'll be able to see a variety of birds such as swans and cardinals.

The area is free to visit, although there is a $20 parking fee for non-residents on weekends and holidays. You can also get there by taking a bus from the Ajax Go Station.
