Sugar Shack TO Is Returning This Year & It's Dripping In Maple Syrup Everything

The shores of Toronto are going to get a sweet makeover this year thanks to an upcoming Sugar Shack Festival. There's no better way to get rid of the winter blues than by indulging in some delicious treats and seasonal activities. You'll step into a snowy wonderland filled with all sorts of sweet, mapley fun at this event. Sugar Shack To just announced its 2020 festival dates, so get your sweet tooth ready.

The Sugar Shack TO is an annual event presented by Redpath Sugar.

It fittingly takes place on Sugar Beach and will be returning to the same location this spring.

The free event will run from March 14 to 15, 2020, and will bring tons of activities, entertainment, and treats to the area.

The festival celebrates one of Canada's pride and joys — maple syrup.

You can live out your mapliest dreams with fresh taffy rolled in snow, sweet samples, and maple-infused food items like pancakes.

You can also indulge in other delicious treats like BeaverTails, poutine, candy, and more during the event.

Last year's event had drool-worthy offerings like maple butter cheesecake and maple butter tart cupcakes. Specific treats for the 2020 festival have yet to be announced, but we're hoping they're just as delicious.

There will be live entertainment to warm your heart all day long, as well as some unique ice activities.

Compete in a snowball toss and gaze at ice sculptures as you explore this sugar paradise.

There will be open fires and warming stations available, so you can stay toasty and enjoy the event for as long as you'd like.

Visit this insanely sweet event to get your sugar fill for the year, and try out some of the wintry games and fun.

Add the Sugar Shack TO your winter bucket list, and check out some of these frosty weather events in Ontario as well before the snow melts.
