We tagged along with Jes for a Sunday afternoon movie, but this was no regular theater! That mysterious dome-shaped structure at Ontario Place is actually Cinesphere, the world's first permanent IMAX movie theatre in Toronto, and it’s bringing you your favourite movies in a BIG way.
Apart from it being just a really cool building, the Cinesphere’s larger-than-life IMAX screen is curved (hence the sphere), which puts you in the action and offers a more immersive experience. Grab a bag of popcorn (or two!) and head on over to catch one of the cult-classic titles playing at Cinesphere.
