There's A Huge Taco Festival Happening In Toronto This Summer

Tacos are literally one of the best inventions ever created. If you've tried  authentic Mexican tacos, well than you're missing out my friend because they're literally heaven on a plate!

Tacos are super simple, filled with fresh, flavourful ingredients all wrapped up in a tortilla to create a delicious morsel of goodness! I could go on and on about how amazing tacos are but let's be real, we all know they are.

That's why it's no surprise that there's a massive festival happening this summer in Toronto dedicated to the art that is tacos!

The Taco Fest is back again this year, bigger and better than ever! It will be held at Ontario Place from June 15th-17th and you can expect a super lively and exciting atmosphere.

This festival will showcase tacos made by some of Toronto's top chefs! They'll also have a margarita and sangria bar, a hot sauce bar, nacho and salsa samplings, Mexican street corn and churros, plus an authentic Mexican mariachi band and other live music!

The Taco Fest hasn't released the vendor lineup yet for this year's festivals but some of the amazing taco eats that were on the menu last year included Junked Food Co.'s Doritos Nacho bags, Booyah Inc.'s ice cream tacos, Rancho Truck's vegan pulled yam tacos, The Food Dude's general tao chicken tacos, Playa Cabana's chicken tinga tacos and sooo many others!

We know they've got some real treats in store for us this year, looking at how successful last year's festival was! Tickets to The Taco Fest will officially go on sale on Thursday, April 26th so mark the date on your calendar.
