These Are 8 Of The Funniest And Most Savage Reviews Of Toronto

Toronto is a big city, and with big cities come some interesting people, places and events. Luckily thanks to review pages most of the crazy people and things that happen are available for our viewing pleasure. From the ROM installation to the bag pipe guy, there are a lot of people who have some pretty intense opinions about what goes on around the city and we are so here for it.

The lady who used the Nathan Phillips Square fountain as a personal bidet.

best comments: "Someone is gonna have a killer UTI tomorrow."

"I hope they add her to that Toronto mural"

The Micheal Lee-Chin crystal installation on the ROM.

rating: 3 1/2 stars out of 5

review: "HATE. I've hated this since I first saw the blueprint for it. (I was calling it a tumour since then).

I grew up in the neighbourhood, and the original ROM building is beautiful. This "crystal" is actually a disgusting cancer growing out the side. I have no idea how it's look or shape fits in with what the ROM is doing.

It's a complete waste of space. Things cannot be hung from the walls due to the shape. The lighting is messed up. I think it's all flash, no substance.

It's a disaster. If terrorists were to cause a happy accident, they would blow up the crystal when nobody is there."

A guy really heated over 'The Bagpipe Guy.'

rating: 2 and a half out of 5 stars

review: "For the love of God, please STOP!

I'm all for supporting local artists and performers but this bagpiper makes my ears bleed. And when I hear bagpipes I wonder, "Did a cop just die?"

Between this obnoxiously loud windbag and the weirdo ferret handler at the end of the block, I'm gonna have to start walking along Dundas or Richmond."

Constructive criticism for the exhibition wind turbines.

review: "It could be spinnier. (Let's go wind. Help a brother out.)"

The pointless Eaton Centre Skybridge

rating: 2 1/2 out of 5 stars

review: "Uh... Why is this thing here?"

The 'Jesus Guy's' fan club on Yelp.

rating: 4 out of 5 stars

review: "I would say 10 years ago I would have rated this guy a 1 just for scaring the heck out of me. I think a friend forgot he was there once and when he yelled BELIEVE at her she actually dropped her coffee all over herself lol.

BUT though suffering a few mild heart attacks, it's true. he's become a staple of yonge/dundas. and he's doing what he loves. which is the most important thing! He's been there for years. he's an icon."

This Reddit thread about the "I Hate Rubber Boots" guy.

best comments: "To understand his struggle, you'd have to walk a mile in his shoes."

"There is something...pithy...about that shirt/boots combo. He looks like he belongs on a Hipgnosis album cover or something."

The mysterious 'Hula Girl.'

review: 5 out of 5 stars

review: "Hula girl is different. She walk to the park and immediately begins dancing with the hula hoops. She is not just swinging her hips she is also using her neck, legs and arms... And she does this in silence for hours!

Once and a while people will stop and watch her other times she
is totally alone and dancing majestically with her props. It looks like a floor gymnastics routine and I've never once seen her drop her hula hoop or get distracted by her surroundings."
