review: "HATE. I've hated this since I first saw the blueprint for it. (I was calling it a tumour since then).
I grew up in the neighbourhood, and the original ROM building is beautiful. This "crystal" is actually a disgusting cancer growing out the side. I have no idea how it's look or shape fits in with what the ROM is doing.
It's a complete waste of space. Things cannot be hung from the walls due to the shape. The lighting is messed up. I think it's all flash, no substance.
It's a disaster. If terrorists were to cause a happy accident, they would blow up the crystal when nobody is there."

review: "I would say 10 years ago I would have rated this guy a 1 just for scaring the heck out of me. I think a friend forgot he was there once and when he yelled BELIEVE at her she actually dropped her coffee all over herself lol.
BUT though suffering a few mild heart attacks, it's true. he's become a staple of yonge/dundas. and he's doing what he loves. which is the most important thing! He's been there for years. he's an icon."

review: "Hula girl is different. She walk to the park and immediately begins dancing with the hula hoops. She is not just swinging her hips she is also using her neck, legs and arms... And she does this in silence for hours!
Once and a while people will stop and watch her other times she
is totally alone and dancing majestically with her props. It looks like a floor gymnastics routine and I've never once seen her drop her hula hoop or get distracted by her surroundings."
