This Free New Year’s Eve Party Near Toronto Has An Epic Fireworks Display And Concert

We're getting pretty close to New Year's Eve here and if you don't already have tickets for something, then your chances of snagging tickets are getting slim. Why not save yourself the $100+ cost of going out for the evening and head to this free party instead?

The Mississauga Celebration Square is doing its NYE party to ring in 2019 with fun! Close to 30,000 people will pack Celebration Square on New Year's Eve. The party starts at 8 p.m. with free concerts right up until midnight when the night wraps up with a fireworks finale.

On the main stage, you'll find amazing performances from rap, Rnb and hip hop artists. The night kicks off in a big way with a set from DJ Skate, DJ Tilt and the hypeman for the evening, Sir Lancelot. The Sorority, an all-female hip-hop collective, will pick things up followed by a performance from K-OS. Breakout duo Elijah Woods and Jamie Fine warm up the stage for the incredible finale. The final act of the evening will be Anders, an amazing Rn'B/Hip-Hop artist from Mississauga who sounds like a fresh version Drake with a little Weeknd thrown in.
