Grail Springs is a wellness retreat located in Bancroft, ON, which is around a three-hour drive from Toronto. For over 23 years, they have dedicated their service to "the wellbeing of people, animals and the planet, respecting their interdependency on each other for sustainable health."

The resort's geological position is quite interesting, as it is situated in a part of the province that is rich in beneficial minerals like magnetite, marble, granite, sodalite and quartz. Walks taken along the nearby forested trails, the crystal crop, the labyrinth and the meditation gardens are all healing experiences in themselves, thanks to the mineral-rich air that fills the hundred-acre lot.

Another unique feature of the resort is Chalice Lake, which sits beside the main facility. Inspired by the legend of the Holy Grail, the lake is fed by hundreds of vigorous springs that rise from a magnetically-charged rock bed. The water, which is rich in alkaline minerals, has been known for its healing and detoxifying properties. It is used in cooking, drinking, and therapies at the resort.

Of course, the resort is also equipped with a luxurious spa, complete with top services and hot tubs overlooking the springs.

A typical first day at the resort would involve breakfast, spa treatmens and yoga in the morning, a healthy and fufilling lunch, personal time to roam and expore the resort, a tour of Grail Springs before dinner, and finally a relaxing night in one of 12 medieval-themed bedrooms. Eco-cabins in the forest are also available options for accommodation.
