This Ontario Town Is Transforming Into A Magical Christmas Village For The Holidays

There are officially 15 Fridays until Christmas day everybody!! That's basically no time at all. It may be a little too early to start planning for the holiday season, I mean the leaves haven't even changed colour yet! But we believe it's never too early to start getting exciting for a holiday season full of cheer, twinkling lights and magical holiday-themed events.

There's an enchanting holiday event coming up this season at Ontario's Blue Mountain Village that will transform it into a magical Christmas Village! The event is called Jingles & Joy and it takes place every year in their adorable pedestrian walking village.

The Jingles & Joy Christmas village transformation will start on December 1st and continue until January 6th! They make the village incredibly enchanting by adding thousands of twinkling lights, festive decorations, and family-friendly entertainment!

The best part though is that every Saturday night at 8 PM during the Jingles & Joy event they'll be setting off fireworks from the top of the Blue Mountain ski slopes! The entire village will be covered in twinkling Christmas lights making all the restaurants, shops and cafes that much more magical.

But that's not all that this event will have, they're adding an extra element this year called 'Blumination' that will feature 1 km interactive light trail, horse and wagon rides, and maple taffy on sale on the weekends!

It's the perfect place to take a road trip on a cozy winter night and experience some true holiday spirit! You can also consider bringing your skis and adding an enchanting night ski on the slopes overlooking the village full of twinkling Christmas lights.
