This Toronto Café Serves Up Lavender Lattes And Matcha Croissants And We Are Freaking TF Out

The Toronto foodie scene is always coming up with newer and prettier ways to eat insanely good food. Though right now we've got to safe this Toronto café is taking the cake when it comes to presentation and it's got everything to do with their newest latte and fan favourite croissant flavour! 

The spot in question is a café in the city called Bake Code. While they host a ridiculous amount of delicious pastries and cakes on their menu, there have been two items in specific that have been drawing in local foodies. The first being their newest addition, the 'Purple Potato Latte' which you can get either iced or hot. 

The drink is said to have a caramel and vanilla taste thanks to the sweet potato incorporated in it, giving the latte it's lavender colour. From there the other item that has been getting a ton of praise is their 'Charcoal Matcha Croissant' which you can pair with their 'Iced Matcha Sea Salt Creama!' 

Apart from how camera ready both items look, they taste just as delicious! While it still may be cold out, that serves as the perfect excuse to drink your body's weight in lavender coloured lattes... right?
