This Toronto Subway Map Will Show You How Much A House Cost By Each Station

Real estate has sky rocketed in the past couple of years in Toronto. According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, average resale house rates have increased by almost 18 percent since 2015. Detached houses on average in the city will cost $1.2 million, a semi-detached home will come up to $774,700 and a condominium will approximately cost $446,600.

To help you understand the prices in Toronto's current real estate, Sky View Suites released a TTC map which provides information listing the prices of a three-bedroom home throughout the city next to every station. Victoria Park appears as the cheapest station, with a home costing $653,000, while York Mills has houses that go on average for $3,546 million.

According to Statistics Canada, $ 75,270 is the average household income in Toronto. How is one to afford these houses? Good question.
