A Casting Call In Toronto Will Pay You Over $6,000 To Do Laundry & It’s Easy To Apply
Doing laundry is a pain. If you're renting, it can be a sneaky expense, and if you're not, it is just another annoying chore on your endless to-do list. However, like most things, hauling your dirty clothes into a laundry machine would probably seem more worth it, if a Toronto casting call were paying you to do it. One casting call in Toronto is willing to pay you over $6,000 if you can act in their newest laundry commercial.
While it might be rare to find someone to actually pay you in the thousands to do their laundry, you can score the cash if you're good at acting.
Mann's Casting, an iconic Toronto casting house, is looking for a male and three females to step up to the plate and give Oscar-worthy laundry day performances.
The casting is looking to pay an "attractive" and "friendly" person between the ages of 20 to 40 to pretend to do the laundry for $6,500 this month and if you're lucky, that could be you.
The well-paying gig is super easy to apply for. All you need to do is fill out a submission form and make sure you've got a few current photos of yourself handy.
Seriously, it's that easy. You don't need a glamorous acting resume or headshot to land this gig.
All you need to do is an audition and show them that you were born to play a confident laundry doer. Which you've been doing all your adult life.
However, there is one catch. You have to be quick because auditions start tomorrow.
The audition times for casting calls are currently slated for Tuesday, February 11, 2020, and Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
Callbacks are Wednesday, February 19, 2020, so if you make the cut, you'll be expected to return on that date.
If you book the gig, you'll need to keep your availability open for the first week of March as a wardrobe fitting is scheduled for March 2, 2020, with shoot dates planned for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.
It's worth noting that you'll only be needed for one of those dates, but it's best to keep all of them open just in case.
