Toronto Is Officially Going To Be Warmer This Winter

The last few winters have been nothing short of horrific in Toronto. For those of us who still shudder at the memory of the ice storm that stole Christmas a few years ago, THERE IS GOOD NEWS:

NASA announced that a weather pattern called an "El Niño" is forming in the Pacific Ocean. This pattern is is classified by warm air rising from the Pacific creating a warm front that will eventually hit Eastern Canada sometime in the winter. 

Long story short, it simply means that Torontonians may have a warmer winter than usual, aka the air won't hurt our faces when we walk outside in December.

Fingers crossed! 

Also to quickly remind us all that we are **blessed** by this summer's heat and that we need to stop complaining about it, here are is photo illustrating what actual hell looks like:
