Where is the next must-try place to eat in Toronto going to be? Here at Narcity, we are one step ahead and we've got the scoop for you on a new hot spot officially opening tomorrow, February 3rd 2016, in the 6ix.
Let's salute the brand new Entice Lounge, located at 1036 Queen Street West. The trendy bistro offers a lip-smacking menu with a wide selection of dishes to accommodate your taste buds. This past weekend we had the opportunity to swing by the soft opening and we must say Entice is most definitely one of a kind in Toronto.
You need to check out this new culinary lounge not only for it's food but its' modern- chic design. The countertop of the bar is impossible to miss because it strikes for your attention instantly. It is made of screens that showcase a variety of vintage movie clips, creating a dynamic between the bartender and the guest. The monochromatic print of the Ossington intersection illustrated above the bar displays the trendiest neighbourhood in Toronto.
"Bringing together an attractive and modern space with a refined experience, Entice offers a welcoming and stylish atmosphere that transitions to a social and pulsing vibe in the evening." What's better than enjoying a fabulous meal along with fancy cocktails, and bumping music? Entice is a well thought out and executed venue that is sure to attract many Torontonians as well as known celebrities. Chris Bosh from Miami heat was one of the first people to try their menu!
Chef Ryan-Wilson Lall has created a flavourful menu, including a list of cuisine specials for every day of the week. And their brunch menu is breathtaking! Our favorite was the vegan samosa and the french toast rolls. The menu is inspired by a variety of cultural dishes from all around the world and here is a list of our personal favorites:
This all-star korean inspired dish is made up of apple and house made spicy kimchi. It has a perfect balance between sweetness and spice. For all you picante lovers out there - you will be hooked on these finger licking ribs and trust us... 6 of them will not be enough.
Who doesn't love stuffed pasta? Italians have always been bosses in the kitchen and they sure can whip up the perfect pasta. The toppings, filling, and sauce are made to spec in this dish. It is garnished with bacon and cremini, topped off with a whipped porcini egg white, crispy basil and pecorino cheese. Most importantly the ravioli has a whole lot of flavor owing to the roasted garlic mascarpone filling.
The uniqueness of this appetizer and interesting mix of flavors is what makes this dish so delicious. The wild mushroom espresso broth, shaved chocolate and sweetened froth may seem like a weird combination but your opinion will drastically change once you take a spoonful.
No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
A flourless aromatic chocolate cake with a touch of raspberry sorbet makes the perfect combo. Topped off with toasted walnuts and berries this chocolate cake will melt in mouth and surely satisfy the sweet tooth.
"The Gateway To OT" Cocktail
A refreshing and comforting cocktail containing Remy VSOP Cognac. It has an appealing aroma from the combination of cognac, ginger liqueur, muddled mint and ginger beer.
Other Mouthwatering Dishes:
Beet & Citrus Salad
Saffron Lemon Chicken
