The Toronto Police have released a statement asking for the public's help in tracking down the two men responsible for a string of robberies and physical assaults. In recent weeks, two reports have been confirmed of the two suspects randomly attacking people as they take out money at ATM machines across the city.

On Thursday, June 28th, police responded to a call at 3:40 AM about a robbery in the Keele Street and Finch Avenue area. A 26-year-old man was allegedly taking out money at a bank's ATM lobby. The man was attacked by one of the suspects, who was lying on the floor at the time.

The suspect knocked the man to the ground and punched him in the face. The second suspect entered the vestibule and tied the man's feet together. They took money from his account and fled the scene.

Last Friday July 6th, police responded to a second report of a similar incident at Keele Street and Toro Road. This time, it was a 19-year-old girl who was beaten and robbed.

At around midnight that night, the girl was punching her PIN into the ATM machine when the two suspects approached her. She was forced to the ground and held there by one of them, as the other withdrew money from her account.

Police are still working to identify the two suspects, but have released security camera footage taken inside the ATM vestibule at the time of the assault. Suspect one was wearing Nike Jordan Flex Trainer 2 sneakers, a black hoodie and track pants. The second one was wearing black CCM track pants, a black baseball cap and a navy blue hoodie.
