Last week two young sisters playing on a Scarborough playground were caught in the crossfire of a shooting, and now police have identified two additional suspects involved in the incident.

Tarrick Rhoden and T'Quan Robertson, both aged 23 are wanted for aggravated assault and discharging a firearm, and police are still on the hunt for both men. Police warn that these men are armed and should not be approached, instead, people should contact police with any information.

Rhoden and Robertson alongside Sheldon Eriya brandished guns at their intended target, an unidentified man on the playground that day, spraying bullets that hit the two sisters aged five and nine.

Nine other children were also on the playground at the time when seven shots were fired. Eriya was arrested last Friday, and charged with seven offences including two counts of attempted murder.

The shooting has sparked outrage in the city with Toronto mayor John Tory vowing to crack down on crime. "We've got to get these people off the street and serve notice to everybody else who carries a gun," the mayor told City News. "They're going to be rounded up and we're going to make sure they're put away."
