Air Canada just released its official Top Ten Best New Restaurants 2019 List, featuring drool-worthy venues across the country, and several Toronto spots made the cut. The number one restaurant on the list went to Quebec's ARVI, which offers guests an intimate experience of watching the cooking and plating process. Vancouver's Spanish tapas venue Como Taperia took second, with Toronto's Donna's coming in third.
