Cuddle with puppies on the saddest day of the year.
Toronto's Blue Monday Puppy Parks Will Brighten The Saddest Day Of The Year

Struggling to get out of bed on a Monday is nothing out of the ordinary, but you may find it even more difficult today. Blue Monday, aka the saddest day of the year, has unfortunately arrived. If you've been feeling particularly glum this morning, you now have an explanation of why. This year, Toronto has come to the rescue and is banishing those winter woes with the best remedy — puppies. You'll be smiling from ear to ear at Toronto's Blue Monday puppy parks today.

This Monday won't be so blue after all thanks to some adorable pop-ups around the city.

Cadillac Fairview will be bringing back its popular Blue Monday Puppy Parks today only.

Opening in four different locations around Toronto, the pop-ups will feature cheery white-picket fenced areas filled with tail-wagging furry friends.

Guests are invited to banish the blues by petting these soft, joyful puppies.

The animals are provided by Corporate Canine Therapy, a Toronto-based company focused on delivering wellness through visits with dogs.

The event will run on Monday, January 20 from 9:30 a.m., to 2:00 p.m.

You can find these cuddly pups at the Toronto Dominion Centre, the RBC Centre, Simcoe Place, and Cadillac Fairview Tower.

Petting adorable puppies will brighten any day, especially a particularly gloomy day like today.

Stop by one of these locations to visit some happy doggos for the happiest Monday yet.

You can also meet some canine celebrities at the pop-ups.

Toronto icons Elvis Pawsley and Horton McSnorton will be touring around to each park, and you can snap a photo with these loveable stars.

The Toronto Light Fest is another way to brighten your day. It's taking place in the Distillery District and is filled with glowing displays that will warm your heart.

Chocolate makes everything better, so be sure to visit some of these decadent spots that will have you feeling anything but blue today.
