There's nothing quite as indulgent as Afternoon Tea. Being served a three-tiered tray of sandwiches, scones and petit fours on floral-printed china and sipping from delicate teacups never gets old. Going out for tea is an amazing way to treat yourself on your birthday, spend quality time with your family or celebrate a special event.

You can pamper yourself with this super classy tea service taking place inside Casa Loma—it's the most elegant setting for the most elegant meal you'll ever have! Afternoon Tea at the Castle is part of Toronto's much-loved Winterlicious festival, where you can explore the exciting food culture of Toronto on the cheap. This traditional, Edwardian-era tea is just $40 per person!

This event has been so popular in the past that they're bringing it back this year. Choose from a selection of premium teas and eat to your heart's content from dainty tea sandwiches, warm crumpets with flavoured butter and plenty of pastries.

There will be live music for you while you sip tea and munch on cream-covered scones. Also, there's going to be a massive 20-foot tall cake tower! Can't wait to see the Instagram photos of their decadent and regal decor.

Casa Loma is one of our most favourite spots in Toronto because they're always mixing it up with amazing events! Last year, they transformed into a Haunted House for Halloween. For the holidays, they decked their halls and turned into a magical Winter Wonderland! For this Afternoon Tea event, you'll get to see the old castle come to life as it was meant to be in all its historic glamour!

You can book your Afternoon Tea at Casa Loma right now for the last weekend of January or the first weekend of February. Seatings are at 10:45 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. This event is $40 plus taxes per person and include admission to the castle. Check out all the Winterlicious events, too so you don't miss out on the foodie fun!
