This Australian-Style Cafe Chain Just Opened Their First-Ever Location In Canada

Toronto cafe culture is has grown so much over the past few years. We went from drinking Starbucks almost every day to taking our time to hunt down the newest and cutest independent coffee shops on a daily basis. If you haven't been discovering at least one new cafe a week, you're definitely doing something wrong because this city has so many amazing cafes to choose from! 

There's a brand new cafe on the scene now and it's bringing a taste of Australia to our great city of Toronto! Bluestone Lane is a cafe chain in the US that takes all the best aspects of Australia's cafe culture and brings it to North America.

You can find the Bluestone Lane Australian-style cafe located at 37 King St East in the Old Toronto area. They have other locations across the US in New York, LA, San Francisco, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. Toronto is it's very first international expansion and we're so lucky to be able to try it first! 

Bluestone Lane is known for their impeccably made coffees and delicious quick meals that are perfect for an on-the-go lunch or to spend your day working remotely. They have two versions of their shops, their cafes and their coffee shops which are both different and unique to the Bluestone Lane.

Their cafes offer an extensive food menu with table service, more like a sit-down restaurant and their coffee shops offer a limited food menu without table service exactly like a cafe-style atmosphere that we're used to. Their downtown Toronto location is a coffee shop with a limited menu and a chill atmosphere. 

What's on the menu, you ask? You can find a whole bunch of delicious brunch and lunch items including avocado toast, salmon toast, almond oatmeal, breakfast bowl, kale caesar salad, prosciutto toastie, rainbow bowl and more! All of their items are nutrition-focused but they still look insanely delicious. 

You can also find a large range of espresso-based drinks, wellness drinks such as their golden and beet lattes, as well as a full menu of teas. You know this place is good when even celebs like Hilary Duff are spotted there on the reg! While you probably won't spot her at the Toronto location anytime soon, you never know who could be showing up to try it out.
