If you’re a police officer there are some things that you really should not do while on duty because it will set a bad example for the rest of the general public.
Specifically, you really shouldn’t do anything that breaks the law in some way while you’re working.
But two Toronto police officers are finding that out the hard way as they’ve been charged for allegedly using Marijuana while on duty.
Const. Vittorio Dominelli, 36, who has been an officer for 13 years, and Const. Jamie Young, 35, who has been an officer for 2 and a half years, have each been charged.
This goes back to January when the pair were somewhat hilariously caught after they allegedly ingested too much of the substance and started having hallucinations and had to call for backup to come assist them.

They had to be treated in a hospital because of this.
The pair are now facing obstruction of justice and breach of trust charges as a result of their actions while on duty.
Toronto police say that the two officers, "attempted to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice, by destroying or converting to their own use, evidence."
The two officers are currently suspended with pay and will appear in court on June 7.
